There was a mass exodus in #Ohio from the Republican and Democrat party. I represent over 75% of Registered Ohio Voters who have registered as independent/non-affiliate. The other candidates aren’t campaigning because they believe in 2022 voters will just vote party ticket – THEY ARE WRONG. A debate with all candidates is important to show the people of Ohio what they bring to the table. #SOSMARAS #YourVoteYourVoice
Re: Uninviting of Tore Maras on June 20th for the June 23rd Speaking
Engagement at Hilliard Area Republican Club Event
From: Nick Tsengas, Campaign Manager for ‘Friends of Maras for Ohio’
* Terpsehore (Tore) Maras is a candidate for the statewide office of Ohio
Secretary of State. Back in March 2022, she was booked to speak in front of
the Hilliard Area Republican Club on June 16, 2022.
* On June 13th, it was noticed that the speaking engagement event was
changed from June 16th to June 23rd, but we were not notified of the change.
Upon confirming this change on June 13th, Lisa Chaffee, President of
Hillia#menu-item-2362 >rd Area Republican Club apologized for not alerting us and advised us
that the bowling alley venue changed the date on them accordingly. We
were advised that unless Ms. Maras was not available for the rescheduled
event of June 23rd that they could accommodate another date in July or date
closer to the general election.
* On Friday, June 17th at 9:21am, after catching up with Ms. Maras to
confirm her availability, we in turn advised Ms. Chaffee that she will
accommodate the schedule change and keep her on the slate to speak and
that we looked forward to the event. Accordingly, Ms. Maras rebooked her
itinerary for the week of June 20th in order to make the rescheduled event
appearance on June 23rd…this entailed rescheduling airfare fees of close to
$1,000.
* On Monday, June 20th at 10:32am, we received a very brief e-mail with no
explanation at first that they needed to “reschedule Tore” for a July 21st
date. This prompted further explanation as to why the rescheduling of Tore
for an event that was still scheduled. The following e-mail message was
provided:
* This same week, it was shared with us that on the Hilliard Area Club’s
Facebook page, Ms. Chaffee announced that Ms. Maras will not be
*speaking due to a “scheduling conflict”:

Subject: Re: Tore Maras for SOS June meeting
I am so sorry, it is the political game I have been forced into because Tore is not the endorsed candidate. I am still new to this game. I understand if you choose not to attend our club at all. I am truly sorry.
* Tore Maras and her campaign team have issues with not only the
unprofessional scrubbing of an Ohio citizen who is bravely running for
Ohio’s Secretary of State and scheduled to be speak and answer
questions from fellow Ohioans but also because the reason given to the
Club’s members for her being scrubbed from the speaking engagement
was an outright LIE.
* Today, an attempt by Ms. Chaffee to do damage control was e-mailed to
the Campaign team for another attempt to schedule a “special event” for
candidates who are “not endorsed” by the GOP “to speak”. We publicly
decline the offer after seeing how they unfairly treat viable conservative
candidates whom the GOP does not recognize and how they dictate which
candidates Ohioans should hear from and when.
Tore Maras is an independent journalist who runs the politically focused news website ToreSays.com.
She has consistently and accurately broken news that few, if any other media would even touch, while pushing many stories into the public consciousness, at times, years before it begins trending everywhere.
Ms. Maras is the nationally syndicated host of The Tore Says Show, a popular podcast available on all major platforms, with video versions of her podcast regularly streamed and archived on the Rumble video hosting platform.
Tore began her broadcasting career with Red State Radio and is now a syndicated host of the Tore Says Show on the iHeartRadio network.
She has gained international notoriety as a government whistleblower and has been featured in the widely-viewed documentaries Shadow Gate and Shadow Gate 2.0., which can be found on any video platform excluding YouTube due to its unfairly biased and heavy-handed censorship.
Having served in the U.S. Navy and as a private government contractor, utilizing her background with gathering and analyzing foreign intelligence, she has applied her experience working as a localizer during the deployment of projects and operations both within the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia (CONUS) as well as outside of the continental United States (OCONUS).
She is a trained cryptolinguist, while also holding a completed degree in molecular and cellular physiology, along with her other formal training within the disciplines of computational linguistics, game theory, algorithmic machine learning and predictive analytics.
Tore has experience with sourcing and carrying out the implementation of operations during elections within both CONUS and OCONUS capacity. In addition, she is an amateur network tracer, a cryptographer and has worked over two decades in mathematical modeling and pattern analysis.
This extensive background within these varied fields, backed by her credentialed qualifications enables her to uniquely address a wide range of topics on her podcasts, website articles and social media platforms while coming from a perspective of first hand experience.
Tore is a single mother of two beautiful daughters, whose hard work ethic, adoration for Ohio and love of country has seen her at the forefront of fighting for Ohio and Ohioans long before making her decision to run for Ohio Secretary of State.
Ms. Maras will bring her knowledge, experience, tenacity and follow through to see to it that every Ohioan is equally represented regardless of political leaning, status or perceived class. This is the people’s office and it’s time we turned the focus back onto the people of Ohio, of which it is intended to represent.
From day one that Ms. Maras steps into office, the days of playing politics will be immediately discarded, as we return to the origins of putting the people over politics, the way our state’s constitution had always intended.
